James E ( Jeb ) Bashaw - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

James E. "Jeb" Bashaw is the founder of James E. Bashaw & Co. and a fourth generation Houstonian. Mr. Bashaw has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years as an advisor, LPL branch manager, supervisor, and a partner in two NYSE firms. In addition to his duties as Chief Executive Officer and President of the firm, Mr. Bashaw is very active in the community. Mr. Bashaw’s belief is "doing good while doing well". Mr. Bashaw currently serves as the Investment Chairman of the Catholic Endowment Foundation of Galveston-Houston, as a Director of the Finance Council for the Diocese of Galveston-Houston and as Chairman of the Development Board. Additionally, Mr. Bashaw is a founding Board member of Harris County MUD 367, and Director of the Houston Library Board. Mr. Bashaw is past Director of the Houston Municipal Employees Pension System, the Post Oak YMCA, and the Post Oak Little League.

Richard DeYoung - President and Chief Operating Officer

A licensed investment professional since 1979, Richard started his brokerage career with Merrill Lynch in 1979, in Dallas Texas.

Richard works with individuals and families, helping them achieve their financial goals, whether it's growing their assets while planning for retirement, or for those clients already in retirement, helping them enjoy their retirement years.

A recent focus of the firm has been corporate services, and Richard has spent a great deal of time in recent years working with local companies in the Houston area, assisting them with their 401k plans, either establishing new plans, or doing analysis of existing plans to see what improvements need be made.

Richard joined LPL and James E Bashaw and Co, in May, 2002 as a Senior VP, and Financial Advisor. Richard was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer on January 1, 2006.

Anthony Cilia - Vice President- Director of Operations/Compliance

A licensed investment professional since 1967, Anthony started his brokerage career with White weld & Co. in New York City.
 
Tony works with investment and support professionals helping them to process the purchase, sales and funding of investment products used to achieve investment goals for their clients while complying with Regulatory Agencies.
 
The firm is focusing on growth, and Tony has been instrumental in opening four new offices.
 
Tony joined LPL and James E. Bashaw and Co. in July, 2004 as a V.P Director of Operations and Compliance
